If your email address is rejected when creating your account, first check that it is correct and spelled correctly. An automated system validates email addresses to ensure you receive your order confirmation and tracking emails.

Forgot your password? No worries! Simply click on “Forgot your password?” when logging in, then enter your email address. You will immediately receive a password reset link in your inbox.

To update your personal information (billing or delivery address), go to your customer account and click on “Edit addresses”. You can then correct your existing data or add a new address.

The personal information you provide when placing an order or creating your account is used solely for the purposes of our business relationship. It is never shared, disclosed, or sold to third parties. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. After selecting your items, you can view and modify your shopping cart via the panel in the top left corner of your screen. To finalize your order, click on “Pay” and then enter your personal information (email, delivery address, and phone number). A purchase confirmation along with your invoice will then be sent to you by email.

We accept payments by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. For debit cards and American Express payments, settlement is processed in real time. For more details, please consult our Terms and Conditions.

Once your order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel or modify it. We do everything we can to prepare your packages as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 4 p.m. are processed the following morning.

Our promotional codes cannot be combined: only one code can be used per order. If you encounter any problems using them, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can resolve the issue quickly.

During promotional periods (sales, Black Friday, or other commercial events), some promotional codes (such as welcome codes or influencer codes) are not valid and may be temporarily deactivated.

To track your package, use the tracking number received by email and log in directly to the carrier's website to check its status.

Please note that any delays are solely the responsibility of the delivery services: shipping costs cannot therefore be refunded if the announced delivery times are not met.

If your order has not arrived within 10 days in mainland France, please contact both our customer service and the carrier so that we can open an investigation.

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven't received it, please contact us using the form above. We apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything we can to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Your item doesn't meet your expectations or isn't the right size? No worries: you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it and request an exchange or a refund.

Before returning your item, please fill out the return form. Each request is reviewed and must be approved by our customer service department.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories provided. For more details, please consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The customer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with the return. In the event of loss of the package by the postal service, no exchange or refund will be issued.

The initial delivery charges remain the responsibility of the customer and are therefore non-refundable. Similarly, return shipping costs are your responsibility. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned package.
